“ We've been coming to Tudor Rose for a number of years now; as a family and just myself and my husband. Well, what can I say!? We were initially concerned because we didn't know what was going to happen with new ownership. To our surprise, we still get to see the lovely staff who have been at Tudor Rose for a long time, in particular, Ryan and the blonde lady with glasses (I should know her name by now, sorry) The food today was absolutely superb, and even better than what we've been used to in the past. It's also lovely and clean at Tudor Rose, and we will continue to visit you for the next number of years. Keep up the fantastic work team, and good luck to the new owners. “ I left a review on here a couple of years ago saying the food needs to improve. Well it's under new management now and I have just had a chicken burger which I really enjoyed! The place still looks pretty much the same but the food does seem better to me. Well done guys I hope you get nice and busy once word gets out that you're back open. ”

Service is truly dedicated to the customers. each week is avaliable Tudor Special and also every Sunday you can enjoy delicious Carvery crafted meat joints to choose Beef , Gammon or vegetarian option. Golden roast potatoes accompanied by vegetable stuffing balls. you can wash this with Pint of desired beer or other refreshing drink. And when you still feel like something missing Cheesecake,apple pie or ..... ”

“ First time here with the family booked a table for Easter Sunday. 5:15pm. First impressions looked clean and tidy and relaxed which was great! Went to the bar and ordered our food very polite staff. Food didn’t take long to arrive, mixed grill,pie and chips and steak and chips for us! Very nice indeed is what we thought! Refillable drinks to which was nice. Deserts where ordered after mains and they where nice too! We then walked into the other side of the bar and played pool and had a drink. Very cozy indeed! Well done to all we will be back soon! Great customer service and friendly staff!! ”
“ We’ve never visited the Tudor rose before but we’ll certainly be back. We called in without booking and they accommodated us for a table of 5. The staff were friendly and attentive, ordering was straight forward at the bar. The food came out only a short time later and virtually at the same time so no one was waiting without, it was hot and very tasty. The children’s portions were surprisingly large much to my trio’s delight. Can’t fault anything about our visit, even the toilets were immaculate. ”
